What we are
JM Square Co. is a neighborhood lead-generation studio. We design and operate personalized direct-response systems for our clients. We are not a contractor, broker, or advisor in any regulated sense; relationships between you and any third-party vendor we introduce remain between you and that vendor.

Visualizations — including but not limited to AI-rendered facades, paint previews, room mockups, or campaign mockups — are illustrations generated from public imagery and digital tools. They are not contracts. Actual results will vary with materials, conditions, and execution.
Engagement scope
All client engagements are scoped in writing in a separate Statement of Work. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or promise of specific results. Performance metrics in case studies are documented at the time of publication and may change.
