JM Square Co. (“we”) is a neighborhood lead-generation studio operated by Joe McDevitt in Northfield, Illinois. This page explains what data we work with on behalf of our clients, what we collect about you when you reach out, and how to opt out.
Where audience data comes from
Audiences for our campaigns are assembled from public records (county assessor, recorder, permit, and licensure datasets), our clients’ first-party CRM, or licensed sources with explicit commercial-use terms. We do not buy data from consumer brokers and we do not scrape consumer-facing sites to build lists.
When you contact us
- We collect the name, phone, and (optionally) email you provide.
- We capture which campaign URL you arrived on so we can tailor follow-up.
- We retain standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use your contact information to follow up with you and only you. We share the minimum necessary detail with the relevant client after you’ve agreed to be connected. We do not sell, trade, or resell your data.
AI & rendering disclosure
Imagery, copy, or audio we generate using AI is disclosed on the creative. Renderings are illustrations, not photographs. Actual results in the physical world will vary.
Deletion & opt-out
To remove your data or stop receiving mail, email joe@jmsquareco.com or text (847) 282·0387 with the word “delete.” We confirm within one business day.
