For real-estate brokers and other RESPA-regulated licensees, we intentionally don’t pay per-transaction referral fees. Instead, we offer your sellers a free pre-listing rendering — a tool your competitors don’t have, yours to use.
For designers and operator-partners outside RESPA scope, we pay a flat, documented fee per closed engagement. No percentage of contract value. No surprise invoices.
If we ever make you look bad, you’ll hear it from me first — not from your client.
